I like those actuators. Mine are shot and looking to replace. I know it's off topic, but wanting to know what size those speakers are in the pics? I'm looking to replace my 5.25'' speakers with 6.5''. Not sure if 6.5'' will work in speaker openings. Hoping to order actuators A.S.A.P. Thanks for the pics..

I don't think there were any options on the Z models. They came with everything. Mine is a 19 footer and it had the power lift. Power seat too which still seems weird especially now that it doesn't work after my last trip to car wash. Guess I fried the motor.

Any chance you could tell us parts used and how you put it all together? Total cost of project? Awesome idea! Would love to do this to my boat. Power hatch is toast on mine. Doesn't hardly lift anymore.
