2000 183 Shabah Not Starting
 

I have a 2000 183 shabah that won't start. It turns over, but does not start.

1) I recall that I should hear the fuel pump for a bit when I first turn the key on. Is this correct? Currently I do not hear it.

2) I can not seem to get at the schematics on this site. Are they not available for a reason?

3) Does anybody have a set of schematics for this boat?

And yes you should hear the fuel pump "prime" for the first second or two.
I'd check to make sure you have power at the pump.
Did you check your fuses/breakers?
Get a can of non chlorinated brake cleaner , spray into intake/carb and see if it will fire on it.
If it does , definitely a fuel issue.

If u have a kill switch check make sure its still good they do go out, its happened on my jetski
