I used to work at a high performance marine shop. Most of our customers didn't notice or didn't care. Probably b/c most of them burn more gas in a weekend than the average boater burns in a season...

Are you hatin' on this brisk weather we've been having? I took the dog for a walk at 8pm last night, and just about froze my proverbials off...

Thanks for your help guys. I only noticed the fuel consumed because it was near full when I gave it to them and then took 30 - 40 litres before I took her out next. I didnt care at all, just glad the problem has been rectified. They probably did take the drive off but just didnt tell me. Dont care its fixed, its Summer, and its boating time.

I will put some more grease in the Gimbal bearings etc etc etc when I do the wheel bearings next time home.
We are going to a holiday home this time off but boo hoo the whole bloody river has a speed restriction to just 8 kts
Hopefully the weather wont be too hot
Great fishing there, so instead of blatting up and down the river I will just have to sit in the hot sun, get a tan, and catch a few fish for dinner. Does summer suck? :punch_out:
Nah......:wink_thumbup:
