There is a main fuse located rite on top or near the starter relay. I know everybody says it clicks but you must find out where the click is coming from. It can click from the top relay or from the starter solinoid.

I am having issues with my solenoid just a single click when I turn the key. my volt meter is showing 13-14volts, but not real sure if its a starter issue or a battery issue?! I have a 4 bank charger/maintainer, and everything else seems to work fine. Generator starts right up, so makes me lean towards the starter solenoid..
