I was out on the water yesterday enjoying a beauitful sunday when my ignition switch went. I removed the old 4 prong switch without marking the wires. I went to the local marina to purchase a new switch, the mechanic told me i can use a 3 prong switch. If thats true can u help me with re-wiring. I have an 5.7 alpha one, gen 2.

I am sure that you probably already checked everything out but did you check first to see if your problem might be something else like your kill switch or your neutral switch or even a fuse or better yet please give us some more details on what happened to make you think that the switch is bad and maybe someone can chime in and help you out ( dont change the switch if it isint bad just a thought )
