Silent Choice
 

I have a 95 Mariah with the 5.7 350 EFI -- I have no idea how to use the Silent Choice feature---I started my boat today and looked high and low for something to push to activate the Slient Choice.... Anyone know? I want to see how loud the boat is with it working>

Usually there is a switch on your dash board. That's where I have seen them on other boats.

There will be a switch on your dashboard labeled "Exhaust". When the boat's in the water and running at idle speed, Flip the switch, and you'll definitely know when it's on! Flip it again, and your boat will go back to silent mode!

They may have it wired to one of the 4 switches below the Stereo Head unit. Try the farthest one on the left.

I was wondering if you have any pictures of where your exhaust exits your boat? I'm wanting to add thru hull exhaust but I'm not sure that I want it exiting above the outdrive. I prefer above the rub rail outside the swim platform if possible.

hi mike, wish i had a pic, but i have my thru hull at the very outside part of the stern, not in the engine well, which usually causes outdrive discoloring, i'll take pics when i get the boat out this spring , jim c. z255
