T ? on oil pressure switch 4.3 mercruiser
 

So I just had to replace the oil pressure fuel pump switch on my 96 4.3 mercruiser
My ? Is the whole t adapter that the oil pressure switch screw into should it still swivel when all the way tight?
I was out on the water for about two hours of my alarm went off so I trailer the boat back up bring it home look in the back engine compartment there's oil in the bills and it seems like it's leaking around that T. Adapter so I tightened the oil pressure switch and sending unit down but now it seems like both of those swivel on the little adapter that comes out the block shouldn't be doing that ? Any help is much Appreciated
