Where can I find both a replacement bow light and what type bulb is used as a replacement.

Not sure exactly what style your bow light is but i simply went to West Marine and found a similar shaped one with LED lights and changed it over all in one shot. Any boat supply shop (including places like Bass Pro) should have a decent selection of them.
