What's it look like under the oil cap?
That ain't good for sure. Have you checked the cylinders for water? |

Oh ya...engine was flushed with water. I pulled about 5 gallons of water out of the engine with little oil mix. Under the oil cap its full of that thick butter mixture...

Check the exhaust manifolds. They could be the culprit.

Hope it's not as serious as it seems. That is carbureted so swapping in a 350 would be pretty easy.
