Mariah catalogue collection on ebay !
 

Looks like an ex Mariah employee is selling his collection of brochures from 1992 - 2001 on ebay. One of our other members confirmed that the ebay seller (tuckcedo) used to work in the graphics dept there so he's legit.

I would definitely buy the '97 catalog if you were able to purchase. Since ther are 5 days left, it'll be interesting to see how the price amps up.

I sent the guy an email asking him if he'd considering putting the different cataloges on a disk as a PDF file. He told me he thought that was a good idea and may consider scanning them all before the auction ends so that he can sell the disks to us.

Just curious, do we have all the brochures here? I plan on contributing shortly.. just haven't had time to setup a new paypal account.

That is a good suggestion about buying them all and then reselling the ones I don't want.
Noticed that there is currently one bid, don't want to get into a bidding war so I will wait and see if I can get in near the end of the auction.

Hello all. I am the bidder on the catalogs. I have a 95 Shabah Z202 with 5.7EFI that I just bought this Memorial Weekend. I've been impressed with Mariah boats for 15 years since I first seen one. My boat came with a lot of paperwork and original items, including a black pouch with the Mariah logo and '95 magazine articles, etc. I'm new to the owners culb so don't know all that is already available here. But I would like to contribute my part, just as I've done with the NCRS club. I plan on color scanning all the catalogs into .pdf files for all to benefit.

I have had a few people ask about the '96 catalogue, have sent a PM to the first member who inquired about it.

So far I believe that the 95, 96, 97, 00 & 01 are spoken for.

If anyone is interested in the other years, just reply back.
That way other members can see who has asked for what.
I will sell the catalogue to who ever asks first, if the first person backs out I will offer it to the second.

We are going away on Vacation today for a couple of weeks, so please be patient as I will not be able to respond for a while.
Will update this thread with what has been sold as soon as possible.

Hi IowaWing, sent you a PM about the 94 catalog.

I have received the lot of catalogs, they are in excellent condition.
Pages are glossy and crisp.
Really nice pieces of Mariah history.
The catalogs are like the Mariah boats, well layed out and really catch your eye.

Many thanks to skiaterfor the brochure. It was in near mint condition and it is a nice piece of history to have with the boat. It will come in handy at boat resale when I move up to the 302 Shabah.....:wink_thumbup:

Hi, thanks for your interest in the 1995 Catalog but it has been sold.
You can download an electronic version from the archives on this site.
Not the same as a glossy hard copy but all the information is there.

Here is the latest on the catalogs still available;

1992
1993
2001 is currently on hold.

The price is $15.00 plus $8.00 for mailing to the United States, ( I am in Canada).
Also have a glossy picture of a 1991 MX19 which I will give to whoever would like it for the cost to mail, say $5.00

Hard to beat the hard and glossy...... :eek_animated: love mine. I now want a different Mariah.... One that wont run aground.... yet again only 40' off of a 200'X 50' barge and hit 1.2' on the depth guage and the outdrive deep in soft mud... 20 minutes of paddling and off we went to a birthday dinner via boat to a restaurant on the water...even running aground again it was still better to be onthe water!!!! 100' away it was 26' deep.....

Aloha Skiater, i love it ! The dude that i bought my boat from actually did save all kind of weird things like the receipt of the first fuel fill up so this catalogue really makes my boats documentation complete :D

Hello Skiater. I received my '95 catalog today. It is in excellent shape and you did a very good job of packaging it. It will compliment the original documentation including the owners manuals in the black pouch nicely. Thank you!
