these were made in-house at Mariah, and the tooling, molds and all the equipment to produce these were sold in 2001 when they closed the factory. Unfortunately, there's two options. Either have your existing one repaired, or have a custom one reproduced. One of our members had some custom made a while back, but I believe he was charging around $150+ for them.
