The manufacurer is TC Of Italty. Can't seem to come up with much info on them. The hub is of a different manufacturer also.
I think if you just get a center cap that is the push in style with a 2 1/4" mounting rim it will work for you.
As for the emblem........one in a million shot of finding one.

Would it be possible to make up a blanking plate for the centre and fit one of these over the hole?

As much as I would like to have original these were the best option I found. I had the intention of putting a "Mariah" emblem on it if I could find one. OR the black cap would be just fine at filling the hole!
I thought I measured it at 2 1/2 but now I'm second guessing after seeing the posts of 2 1/4. - I should have wrote down the measurement!
