Gold Steering Wheel Emblem
 

I know it's a long shot, but here goes.... I'm looking for a gold steering wheel emblem. Mine was missing when I bought the boat and I'm replacing the wheel soon so I would like to finish it off right. If I have to I'll order the silver one, but I'd rather not take a chance on pissing her off by putting SeaFox stuff in there.

Have a look at the sticky "Original Mariah Decals for Sale" by on of our members ( 95 Z240 Talari ) under the 'Parts & Collectibles' thread. He has been able to source most of the decals, shields and emblems and he may have just what you need.

Thanks guys. I'll see how bad it bugs me to have a new wheel and still have a blank cap. WetWilly, your wheel looks very similar to the Uflex wheel I ordered, although I got the Nisida instead of the Corse.

Here is a photo of my steering wheel. Interested in getting the original emblem, but I would settle for a cap in the short term!

I believe it is a Schmitt steering wheel with burlwood inset

Your missing the center cap for your wheel. Mariah never had a wheel emblem that large.
I'll look at a center cap I saw. Finding the emblem is like finding a needle in a haystack.

That's odd. So are you suggesting that this is not the original sterring wheel or that it never had a Mariah logo?

I am including a photo of the inside cup in the center, and a shot of the logo and part # on the backside.

The manufacurer is TC Of Italty. Can't seem to come up with much info on them. The hub is of a different manufacturer also.
I think if you just get a center cap that is the push in style with a 2 1/4" mounting rim it will work for you.
As for the emblem........one in a million shot of finding one.

Would it be possible to make up a blanking plate for the centre and fit one of these over the hole?

As much as I would like to have original these were the best option I found. I had the intention of putting a "Mariah" emblem on it if I could find one. OR the black cap would be just fine at filling the hole!
I thought I measured it at 2 1/2 but now I'm second guessing after seeing the posts of 2 1/4. - I should have wrote down the measurement!
