I'm interested. Only problem is that the current head unit does not work. That and the original speakers are 20 years old and I want to replace them anyway. How limited will I be in head unit options if I go with whatever size is cut out in your template? Or, how easy would it be for me to modify that cutout to fit whichever head unit I end up buying?

All new heads are usually a standard DIN or Double DIN size. I believe the template is a standard DIN size.

we have a 1996 and are looking for the bezel, its is slightly different form the 95, do you know where we could get one made from metal.

If you have the original one - any metal shop can make you one from sheet aluminum. I actually bought the aluminum and cut my own with a jig saw. Either have it powder coated, coat it with vinyl, or spray paint with matte black paint.

Mark... look at the dates on the posts in this thread. The original poster hasn't been here since 2012 and 'cswinings' hasn't been here since 2019. Try looking for 'Chris Winings' on one of the two Mariah Owners Facebook groups.
