I need a replacement for the cigar lighter receptacle that is located in the lower right corner of the Stereo Bezel. I looked for a source in the club "Original Mariah Parts & Vendors List" but, don't see it.
Any help appreciated.

I would assume any marine grade one would work. I know attwood provided several things on the boat. So you might look on amazon or any on line retailer. Do you know it is burned out? Mine was just disconnected and I plugged it in 2 weeks ago during a stereo upgrade

Hi Firestone,

not burned out, the mounting ears on both sides of the receptacle broke off. It is hanging out of the stereo dash bezel at the moment.

Hi All,

I am sharing my discovery of a source for the original Mariah 12V outlet/receptacle. This outlet (sometimes misnamed a cigarette lighter) is located in the lower right corner of the Mariah stereo radio bezel. It is black plastic and uses two screws to affix. The distance between the screws is a narrow 40mm. Be warned, all the marine replacement outlets we see generally available use a much wider screw spacing. The OEM manufacturer is a Swedish company names Sutar's. The manufacturer part number is 1206. They do not sell direct.

I found a supplier. Company is called Mud UK. They sell off-road automotive parts. I bought the correct 12v outlet off their website...

Cost with overnight FedEx shipping was in euro's but, exchanged to $19.03 USD. Yes, purchase plus overnight delivery from England was $19.03, not a misprint.

FYI, the Mariah 12v outlet is NOT designed to be used with a cigarette lighter element. The outlet housing is styrene plastic and cannot take the heat from a cigarette element. The Mariah 12V outlet is for plugging in a portable 12V hand held spotlight, or other 12v accessory.
