New owner. 1999 Shabah Z212 5.7L BravoIII. NEED PARTS!! Help!

Hello. New boat owner and forum member. Just bought this boat yesterday and was needing a few odd and end parts to make this boat new again other than a couple of upholstery pieces. For example the black plastic louvers on the back of the boat for the engine air I'm guessing are cracked real nice. Would there happen to be any places to purchase these or did I buy a boat that I can't restore? Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the club! There is a good list of suppliers in forums if you do a search. I think it pops up as one of the most viewed post. I will look for it when I am on my computer. Upholstery is going to have to be custom done. I would think the louvers would be a item you should be able to find. Have you removed them and looked for a name or part number? Any boat can be restored it just a matter of money ;)

Thanks Firestone. I seen the list of vendors on this forum. I seen it was outdated. I'll go through it and try to contact who I will need and see if they are still in business and go from there. This boat in my opinion is a bad ass boat and want to get it back to like new. It's in pretty good shape as is. I'll post some pics then ask for opinions of what it's worth before I say what I payed for it. Thinking I got a good deal.

Well I know Mariah are very well built boats. Picked mine up last year, but still have some tinkering to do. Good luck with the project.

Most of what Mariah used was readily available from boat supply stores. I need those black louvered vent covers, too. And they're available at West Marine. Just measure yours and have the length and width so you order the right ones.
There are some parts, however, that Mariah made in-house and are virtually irreplaceable. This would be the molded dash, the extendable swim ladder in the stern, and only a few other parts.
Welcome to Mariah ownership. If you think the little tear in your swim deck vinyl is bad, look back on our site for photos of my Mariah. It is going in for full upholstery in a week or so.

How much is that costing you?

Upholstery costs seem to vary a lot from what I have personally found out. A shop will charge a lot less if you are taking the upholstery work to them uninstalled from the boat. It also matters what grade of vinyl you use. Plus this time of year might cost you more as it is a busy time for the shops compared to January when everyone has a boat in storage.

I paid $1000.00 here in Colorado for my rear sunpad and rear bench seat to get new vinyl with the factory designs in it. (i think they are the same as your boat). The same shop charged my buddy $450 for just a simple sunpad with no french seams or fancy stitching.
