Upholstery costs seem to vary a lot from what I have personally found out. A shop will charge a lot less if you are taking the upholstery work to them uninstalled from the boat. It also matters what grade of vinyl you use. Plus this time of year might cost you more as it is a busy time for the shops compared to January when everyone has a boat in storage.

I paid $1000.00 here in Colorado for my rear sunpad and rear bench seat to get new vinyl with the factory designs in it. (i think they are the same as your boat). The same shop charged my buddy $450 for just a simple sunpad with no french seams or fancy stitching.

Motoxxx43, where did you have it done? Looking at getting mine redone but it might be worth the drive south from Loveland.

Professional Upholstery in Pueblo. He does exceptional work. All of the boat shops in the Pueblo area use his shop and the vintage car guys and lowrider scene go to him.

He is redoing my sunpad for the second time currently. First time was a funky section of stich that came apart. The second time is due to my finished product being damaged while being stored. From all the people I have ever recommended to go there and all of the other items his shop has done my personal stuff has been the only job with an issue I'm aware of. Yes, I'd still go there again.

How much is that costing you?

Tell you what.... I think that I am getting off light at $3800.00.
They are also using my huge roll of Sunbrella material to make me a cockpit and bow cover, making four embroidered headrests from scratch, and re-doing the entire boat in Sea Teal and White tuck-and roll with black piping. I used this photo of a classic car interior as the "inspiration"

Once all of that is done, I'll be looking at snap in carpeting.
