Wow, that's definitely a unique one, never seen anything like that before, and I've been a Mariah nut for a LONG time. I've seen the circle M before, but never with the flags. You may have some super-unique one-off boat, maybe even a prototype. Could you PM me your HIN number and I'll see if I can help you figure that out?
As far as the decal goes, I may know someone who could possible help recreate something like it. Let me see what can be done.
