I gotta admit i dont care for the graphics and that rear seat arrangement kind of makes those middle seats a bit useless.

Now maybe it's me but I think I've seen the "FLAT BACK" seating on a Shabah, unless I'm mistaken. Graphics are in the eye of the beholder I guess, whatever floats his boat, pardon the pun LOL :p

My buddy has the exact same layout in his shabah 238. It's not for me but it's functional. The two outer rear seats come out and the center seat flips forward to get to the motor. It gives more room to roam for the little ones in the cockpit. The cup holders are nice but it does kind of make the center seat useless unless you are 6'10". I like my electric bolsters and the bench in the back. As far as the graphics go, I like them but they certainly aren't for everyone. That could be a deal breaker for someone looking to buy it.
