    Well! He did say it had lots of extras! And "low hours" only 650 of them! Maybe one of the extras is a house and the garage he keeps it in!

    Me thinks it's done on purpose, considering he stated in the Mariah's listing;"we have decided to start the boat at only one penny with no reserve and let the market set the price".

    You got to admit, it's a good marketing ploy, listing at a $100K certainly get's one's attention!
