If your boat is on the trailer, crank the jack up to raise the bow up higher. This will cause water to naturally run to the stern. Go pull your drain plug and let it flow out. If the water still remains in your storage area, you may have a clog in the drainage line. You can use a coat hanger or larger pipe cleaner to run it through the hole and clean it out.
