Default New '95 Talari 180 owner

Just bought my first boat! She's a 1995 Talari 180 in pretty good shape. Got her for $3000!

    Here are a few pics. It's missing the head unit for the stereo. Does anyone have experience installing a new head unit in one of these? I don't know where to start with the mess of wires under the console.

    As i noted in your other thread, the stereo wiring harness should be shoved down below where the stereo mounts and all of the wiring should be labeled unless someone has cut it off...
