    Bottom pulley on engine. There is a center bolt , that is the one you need to try and see if you can turn the engine with.
    Usually a 1/2" drive ratchet and short extension with the socket will do the trick.

    i just tried that. i was scared to go to hard, but when i did, nothing. either way. does it matter which way i turn? clockwise vs counter? i heard i could take spark plugs out and spray lubricant in there and let sit for 24 hrs?

    If you can't turn it , it's locked up.
    PB Blaster or WD40 in the sparkplug holes might loosen it up , but the damage is already done to the cylinders , rings , valves , etc.
    I'm afraid your looking at a new engine Matt.
    You can pick up a long block on Ebay for around the 2 grand you spoke of eariler , but you need to have the exhaust manifolds pressure tested to make sure they are OK.
