They did make a Talari 209 in '96 and that length is correct but to confirm i would do as Larry indicated and then you will have the exact details of your boat.

I got a 03 sx 19 and I got 3 coolers. 1 under front cushion 1 by glove box and 1 on rear platform of boat.
