Yes, the Bravo 3 is a dual prop.

The 99 214 Jubilee that I just bought has a 4.3 mated to a dual prop bravo 3.

Once the ice clears on the lake, I'll be able to give you a performance rundown, but for now we're at 20ish inches of ice. Probably will be mid April before I can spash the boat.

I decided to pull the trigger on this boat because my neighbor runs a Monterey (same empty weight as the Jubilee) with a 4.3 and it pulls well. No incredible top speed to brag about, but easily gets a boat load of adults on plane and runs out in the upper 40's.

Oh yeah, and from what I've read, if you want to up-size from a 4.3, you will have to change the gear set in the outdrive too.

after reviewing the 244 it is a "Z" boat with a the original matching trailer. The owner did not wrap up the boat, so its a bit dirty and the shine has faded. A quik buff by the tech showed life under the grime. It seem the hydraulic trims did not function. We are hoping that only the fluid is bad, contacts clicking, maybe just has to be cleaned and functioned well. Any thoughts on the trim tabs?

Nope. Unfortunately boats are not like cars/trucks and detailed shop manuals dont exist except for the engines & outdrives.

Changing the fluids would be something you do anyway if you dont know the service history of the boat. There is a good chance low fluid levels are causing the problem but also possibly corroded electrical connections which marine electricals are known for.
