Hello , and welcome to the club.
I think your best bet is have it reupholstered at a shop.
I and others on the club have tried to contact Sea Fox Mariah without much luck about parts and accessories as of late.
Other option is to find a used one here in the "Parts For Sale" forum or other places like Craigslist , Ebay , or one of the large boat salvage yards here in the states.
It will be hard to find , but not impossible if you are patient.

Welcome to the MOC! I'm not sure where in Europe you can purchase marine vinyl to repair the seats etc but i would suspect any marina in your area can point you to a source. That said, it doesn't look like you need to replace the vinyl as it looks like it is just the seams coming apart? I suspect that you can remove the seat & then the cover before simply sewing the seam back together. You could also try a bit of vinyl glue or 'super' glue to help hold the seam.
