looking for some parts

I am new to this site. So far it looks pretty cool. I have a 1998 z222 Shabah. I am looking for a horn cover and the full trailer cover that goes over the swim platform and down past the rub rails. Anyone interested in selling one or know where i can get one. I tried the one from iboats that was supposed to be custom fit for my boat, what a joke. Sent it back instantly.

Re: looking for some parts

Welcome aboard! If you type "Horn cover" into the site search function (top right corner of the screen) you will find numerous threads on trying to locate one of those. Here is a link to the search results if you cant quite figure it out. We've also had a number of members ask about full covers but other than having one custom made by a local upholstery shop, places like iboats/overtons/west marine etc are really your only other choices for new ones. You can watch our Marketplace For Sale section cuz every once in a while someone has an original one they want to sell or alternatively keep an eye on eBay.

A little searching at Overtons came up with this "Exact Fit Cover" for a Mariah 222.

Re: looking for some parts

just a quick notes, I bought an off the shelf cover at Walmart that fits my 1995 Shaba z212 from stem to stern without issue. I use it for a winter cover and works great. I live in the northeast , so winters are nasty. The cover comes with plenty of tied own straps and is well reinforced, making it easy to trailer with the cover. This is my second cover that I am n now, I replaced the first one of the same kind after three years, not because I really had too, but it was getting a little dirty and I wanted to have it look a little more presentable, and for less then $150.00 , how can you go wrong. I used to shrink wrap, but having three boats, that got to be a bit much. I have since down sized quite a bit
