Hello all.

I am a newbie boat owner. I bought a 1982 Searay 20' bowrider 6 years or so ago. Unfortunately, the engine has died. Not worth putting money into it as the floor is going bad.

I am looking at a 1995 210 talaria bowrider with a 5.7 merc. from the photos, it looks like it is in good condition. 390 hours on the engine.

I am totally unfamiliar with this boat. Can someone tell me if this is a good boat. asking price is $8,500.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Hi Mike; You do realize that you are asking a bunch of Mariah enthusiasts whether or not their boats are any good dont you? :)

Price appears to be reasonable but with some room to negotiate. Make sure all of the electrics work particularly the trim & trim gauge. Make sure the upholstery is in reasonably good condition as it can cost $$ to put right. Ask for copies of repair/regular maintenance/winterizing invoices to be sure it was looked after and above all get it on the water and make sure it runs right.

i do realize that indeed. Who better to ask about the quality of a boat than those who own it. Thanks for the insight.

Mikey .......you sure know what to say :):):)
Mike once you look at the Talari close you'll see the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Check it out and make him a offer like Mikey said.

BTW , Welcome to MOC!
