Hello everybody,

My name is Mikel Galicia from Garland, Texas just outside of Dallas. I have 26 years experience in the window tinting industry. I recently purchased a pre-owned 1996 Mariah Shabah 210 bowrider and came across this website searching for information about this brand of boat. As you can see I am new to the community and am looking forward to learning more about the M.O.C. I bought the boat lake ready and I am very impressed with the 5.7L engine and thru-hull exhaust. It sounds awesome wide open. I did however purchase a 16 year old boat so there are several updates that need to be made. My most immediate issues are electrical switches and lighting. Looks like the wiring got weathered and repaired D.I.Y. style. I would like to try to return her to her most original state if possible. The steering needs to be adjusted as well as the throttle. It just feels loose and sluggish so I'm having to learn its wear. I also need to replace most of the interior but its still decent enough for a couple more seasons. Anyway thats me and thanks for your time.

Welcome aboard Mike. Just to get you started on parts replacement, have a look at our Original Mariah Parts Vendors List. Also, here's a link to MercStuff.com's excellent "How Do I..." series of repair/replace instructions that will help you with your steering adjustment etc.
