it's like owners manual. this kind of dockument is for europe, i live in Norway and i need this to registrate the boat in Norway.this rule has been in europe for many years, stupid thing. i think they made this so privat people should have more difficulties to import theyr own boat.

Perhaps this link will help? This is from the NMMA, national marine manufacturers association here in the US. It contains templates and forms which may help.

Certifications - CE Certification

From what I'm understanding, to have the certification, you may just need to hire someone to inspect the boat and make sure it conforms to CE standards.

If this doesn't help, I know Mariah used to export to Switzerland quite often. I have changed the title of the post to hopefully attract more people's attention.
