Re: Newb
Welcome aboard. Same tips as we provide everyone else who asks this question. :)
Dont buy a lemon unless you like the taste of lemons......or tequila. When buying any boat, check to see that all of the electrics work, particularly the trim drive & gauge as replacing the trim sensor requires removing the outdrive. Get a maintenance history on the boat, check the cleanliness of the interior and the engine area, make sure there are no missing parts as interior trim pieces/glass/original seating are difficult to source and above all get the boat onto the water and see how she performs. |
Re: Newb
Thanks! Sea test tonight but I think all will be good. Looks nice and clean inside and out so as long as the engine sounds good, gauges and trim work I will repair the few cosmetic issues later.
Do you know of an suppliers can can still sell me original Mariah components, trim, decals etc? |
Re: Newb
Sure that would be eBay. Original Mariah parts and no longer produced. There is a member here who still has original decals for sale also.
