Found this boat 190 miles south of Birmingham Ala. Had been a field. The heads on the 5.0 were cracked.The outdrive was gone. Have just finish building a 5.7 long block to replace 5.0. have a new alpha1 gen2 outdrive. Having the vinyl replaced just behind the back seat. The driver seat had a long crack in it. Found a new in the box seat for $ 350.00 in Canada. Will be putting it in the Tennessee River at Clifton, Tn. very soon. If any one has a setup like this I would love to know some prop sizes to use. Thank you ,

Welcome. I live just northeast of Montgomery at Lake Martin. Sounds like you have your work cut out for you.

My daughter and son in law have a place at Lake Martin. we visit there every 4th of July. It is a big lake. There is a lady who has boiled peanuts on a point which i go every year. I love her peanuts. The distruction two years ago was very sad to see.

It was really something. I had to dodge 2/4's and 2/6's for months. I will be there on the 4th would love to meet you and your family and let you meet mine. I am on the fireworks side fairly close to the bridge. I have also noticed we have quite a few Mariah's on the lake.

sorry for taking so long to reply but some heart problems have gotten in the way. My son in law mathew lewis house is right across from a little marina called bay pines. It is on the other side of the lake from you.

We call that island peanut island. We hangout alot in a little cove we named McKay cove. Baypines is for sale sadley.
