hi Scott & welcome aboard.
I'm going to assume you're trying to say the rear seat needs re-upholstering. Unfortunately...there is no such thing as a 'replacement cover' or 'sewing patterns' available. Re-upholstering is a custom job to be handled by a pro unless you are already skilled in that area. See if you can locate a marine upholstery shop in your area & have the job priced out. Note though that at this time of year, prices will be at their highest.
