Where can I find out what HP is the engine?

Mercruiser GM V-6
Serial # T12172KR

Also, what generation is the outdrive?

Outdrive: Alpha One
Serial # OL981578

Did the engine come stock with a Edelbrock 4 barrel carb? Serial # 1406 7129

Did the boat come with the 4 blade SOLAS prop on it? # (M) E4x14.25x19R

I got it to fire up with a new tank of gas, new filters, and an auxilary 12v fuel pump. My plan is to change the gear oil in the outdrive, engine oil & filter, spark plugs, top off the power steering fluid and the outdrive lift motor.

The fuel pump that wasn't working is a Carter P/N 152-875. I can not seem to find the same one to replace it. Can I use a standard 12v fuel pump in its place?

Do I need to replace the impeller? It is running at 165 degrees on the hose.

Anything else I should do or check before I take it out?

Not sure if it was an Edelbrock but that's unlikely. It did come with either a 2bbl or 4bbl carb.
No. Likely came with a 14.25 x 19" 3 blade aluminum.
Unsure about the fuel pump but i understand that a Carter model 4389 is the direct replacement. Will leave that one to mechanics here on our site. Here's a link to a vendor.
If you dont know when the impeller was last replaced, then i would suggest that you do it now.
