Default 1997 z242 Starboard glass

Hello fellow shabadarians,

I just purchased the awesome power boat. It does need the glass and frame on the starboard side from the end of the curved glass back.this does include a vent window. Any help finding this is greatly appreciated.

Tbennett.

This is a pretty common question that gets asked & answered here a lot. Glass prior to '98 is nearly impossible to find and glass between '98 & 2001 is just hard to find. You can try contacting Taylor Made since they were the original manufacturer. Here's a response they sent one of our other members who were looking for windshield glass from a '97:
    Dear Sir,
I will need the sticker numbers off the trim on the inside of the windshield.

I will need the serial numbers on the windshield. If you are sitting in the boat and look along the bottom inside trim of the windshield you should see a clear stick with numbers on it. There should be one for each section. If you can get me those I can see if we can figure out what the center should be. When Mariah was in business they bought windshields in components and mixed and match the parts on the boats.

    Regards,

Now, you can also keep an eye on eBay, Craigslist and in our Marketplace as sometimes our members source some glass & post it for sale. You can also get it custom made at vendors such as Marine Glass Specialties or Ocean Dynamics but be prepared to open your wallet.

    Best of luck!
