I'm currently looking at a Mariah (original early) what does the "Z" mean?

Basically, fully loaded. Windshield wiper, power anchor light, buckskin interior, etc.

Uhm the buckski interior is a ltd solid hull color thing I believe.

Yes, the tan interior is an indicator that the boat is a LIMITED EDITION, the other criteria is a solid color hull(white, red, yellow, black, or ?)

The Z model is not necessarily a limited but could be one as well, but the Z series has a wide variety of options like stated earlier, wiper, defrost blower, power seat, power hatch, docking lights, fuse panel, to name just a few.

Either way, Mariah is an overall exceptional vessel.:wink_thumbup:

Thanks to all of you - the boat I'm looking at does not have the tan interior and the hull is red and white - so apparently not a LTD Edition. the interior is mostly white with grey accents...
the glove box door is cracked right down the middle - is it possible to get one of those? The storage compartment lid on the right side is likewise cracked - -

any help would be apprecioated,

There are a couple guys selling some parts on the site usually also there are a couple of really nice boats for sale in the site if you are not made up your mind for sure on that one.

Finding replacements for the storage compartment lids is pretty tough, as these were made in-house at Mariah. Mine have a crack or two as well, they are made from very thin ABS molded plastic and can develop cracks with age. They can be repaired by a plastic specialist and then re-coated with the faux wood finish, but it's somewhat expensive.
