After consulting the resources here I was able to find a 94 Barchetta 182 with a 4.3 Merc.

The boat is a little rough but it is a nearly 20 year old runabout. From the boats I looked at it was apparent that many of the boats in this size range have been used and not maintained to the standard I expected coming from a family that has boated by entire life on the Great Lakes.

Overall the boat seems solid and I will get some basic maintenance and clean and polish done this weekend.

Is there any brochures or manuals that could be sent to me to help identify options and switch gear locations etc?

Any other advice is greatly appreciated, we will be using a lift to store the boat on the Huron Chain. If you see us out feel free to say hello.

Note though, the Owners manuals are very generic being geared towards boating safety rather than your actual boat & its operation. If you want, take a good photo of your dash area & upload it. Someone here will be able to answer whatever questions you may have as there are a number of members here with your model. You can also have a look thru our Photo Gallery & see if there are good closeup's of your dash that will identify the switches etc for youl

I can tell you that your boat weighs approx 2250lbs, has a 30gal fuel tank & should achieve the 40-45mph with the 3.0 depending on how she is propped.
