Thank you

My husband Bruce and I just bought our 1st Mariah and are very excited about it. We looked at several different boats this past winter but when we looked at a Mariah we were sold! We love the boats. We are a little confused tho on the difference between a shabah and a berchetta so if anyone can help us with the difference please do so. We have a place on Tablerock Lake where we spend alot of time in the summer. The boat needs a little work but are anxious to get it up and going. Thank you.. Vicki Bossi

Welcome Vicki and Bruce. I am sure someone will give a pointer on the model differences. Search around and you may stumble across it.

Have fun with the new boat.

Welcome aboard! There isn't really a lot of differences between the various models (Talari, Diablo, Davanti, Barchetta & Shabah). The Barchetta was marketed as the sporty version, the Shabah as the all- round performer. I believe the Barchetta model name was dropped in 1996 but they are all very similar to each other.

Congrats on your new boat and welcome to the forums. We boat Table Rock as well. Looks messy over there right now.

Re: Thank you

It is very messy... We were 20ft above power pool when the lake crest. In 2008 it was august before the lake got back to normal and we were above that this time. I'm hoping it goes down a little faster. So far we are down 7ft.. I love Tablerock, it is a great lake for boating.
