My First Mariah

Just aquired my first Mariah, a 1995 Z Davanti 22.5 with a 5.7 Mercruiser Alpha One.
Came with a Shorelander trailer(6000lb. rating).
Put it in the water in Keswick, Ontario, Canada(Lake Simcoe) and the bilge pump was coming on every half hour or so. Talked to the marine mechanic about it and he said could have a tear in one of bellows, exhaust or shift cable. Well it was the shift cable bellow that was torn. Having it repaired tomorrow morning, should be on the water by noon!

Hopefully everything goes well after this!

I've got a similar smaller leak somewhere... take on about 2 gallons of water in a couple of hours so not enough to sweat yet but this winter I may pull the outdrive to correct the leak and what ever else creeps up. Happy boating!!!:)
