Hi everyone,

I was investigating Smart Tabs ( for the second time ) and found this site. I love this!

It's great to find a forum like this to be able to share information from other Mariah owners!

A bit about me... I'm 47 and feel like I'm 30 something. I wake board and slalom. I've been driving boats since I was 12ish. First slalom when I was 10. Have kids and my son wakeboards mostly, daughter skis on two.

Purchased my 95 Shabah about 10 years ago. Super value and only wish it was a 23 or so, but couldn't be too picky buying a used boat.

I love the way it handles and the 5.7 is a beast.

I should point out that if any of you crack or break your fiberglass seats, it is most likely repairable and you don't need to buy new ones. One of mine cracked at the 90 degree point of the seat. To fix, all I had to do was score it up, and reglass and epoxy it. I think I put on about 8 layers of glass.

We mostly boat on Lake Georgetown just north of Austin. We've taken the boat to other lakes in the area as well.
