If you want to hear bad things about Mariah boats, you've come to the wrong place! We all love ours! The boat you describe sounds like it'd be a great boat for what you'd like to do. Large enough to have room for passengers and watersports gear, yet still easy enough to maneuver and trailer. The 350 with the bravo 3 will provide good power and be fuel efficient for a V8. Wow, low hours too. If you're really serious about it, maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a marine service facility or marine mechanic look it over for any issues. As far as parts, yes, there are some parts that were made in-house at Mariah that just don't exist anymore. When the plant closed in 2001, all the spare parts, tooling and equipment were auctioned off, and we just don't have any record of where it all went. The things to make sure that are in good condition are the dashboards, trim pieces, storage compartment lids, bow rails, fiberglass seat frames, etc. If they're in OK shape, you'll be good. If there's cracks, or visible damage, that might be something to shy away from. Most everything can be repaired, but it can get very expensive. We have a list here on the site of the parts used on Mariah boats. It's consistently being updated. It's located in the "Original Mariah Talk" forum and it's a sticky at the top.
