Good morning to all. I am relatively new to boating. (3 years) and have a 2000 open hull Mariah. I have managed to get everything in good shape, but am attemptning to get at the Oil gauge (not functioning.) to check the connection behind the dash. I have looked from beneath, but it appears to be inaccessable from there. Is there a way to pull the instrument panel out from the dash to access? Thanks if anyone can get me started in the right direction.

What model do you have? Some have access from the bow by lifting up the backrest cushion just below the windshield. I don't think ANY of them are easy, but you should be able to get to it somehow. Removing the whole gauge panel isn't the best way, but you should have access from below, depending on the model.
