Congrats on the Jubilee! You'll have to post some pics for us, there's not many Jubilee owners here!

Keep your eye on the temperature gauge. If it rises above 175, keep the boat close to the dock, as it could overheat due to a bad impeller. Mine did that and I didn't find out until I was out in the middle of the lake! Check all your fluid levels and colors, if everything looks good, you should be in good shape!

Thanks for the info....funny ShabahZ250, that you mentioned the temp guage. During my test run the guage pegged and smoke billowed out of the helm.
Can you say "deal killer!" They "checked it out" and claimed it was a crossed wire and that the faulty wire covering caused the smoke. The good news is, that I believed them, because it happened only 2 minutes into the launch, having not yet got to operational temp.

I declined to buy the boat, they "fixed it" we road again for 30 minutes a week later, and no problem. The owner also gave me a 1 yr. warranty bow to stern.....can't beat that!

I was shopping for a Chapparal Sunesta deck boat when I ran across this deal.
I have to say that I am impressed so far with the quality of this boat overall, and
look forward to promoting this brand (i'm aware of Seafox)

I will have great pics for you guys next week, I travel for a living, and have been away from home for 4 weeks.

Fortunately Mariah was 'Mariah' back in 1997 as Seafox didn't come into the picture until 2001. It sounds like a short circuit likely caused the smoking issue so hopefully that is cured. Still looking forward to your pics though!
