Default Hi from The Netherlands

My name is Yorick, 28 years old and bought my (first) Mariah SX 18 190HP 2 years ago.
I live in the South of Groningen (Netherlands) at a nice lake, so when it's hot outside, I'll take my boat whenever I can.

Below are some pictures from last summer of me and my Mariah, when the local television wanted to make some speedrun shots.

Ahoy Yorick, glad to have you aboard!

That's a great looking Mariah you've got there! How did the speedrun shots come out?

When you have a some time, tell us a little more about your SX 18 and upload some pictures to our gallery if you want. For a tutorial on uploading your pictures, Click here.

Did you know we have a growing library of manuals, brochures, wiring diagrams, and all sorts of great information including the stern drives and equipment. All of these are available to our contributing members. Click here to see what each level has to offer.

Lastly, we have a Member Map, so take some time to stick your pin on it. Here's a tutorial on adding your pin: Click here

If you need any help getting around the Forum, just give a shout,

Thanx! I posted already some more pictures of my boat in my user gallery! More will follow.

The speedrun shot is somewhere on YouTube, but first I have to figure it out how to rip it

    Hi Yorick,

If it's easier, just post the link to the YouTube video.

Ofcourse, well you can find it here at 6.30 min!

It's a lot of crap talk but well, who cares, it's about speed.

On the time of filming, it was 9:00 AM, so there where no cops at that time

Interesting post-the best part was, of course, the speed of the boat and their enjoyment of that. My wife teaches at New Groningen School in Zeeland, Michigan. This is next to Holland, Mi and obviously has alot of Dutch heritage. We have an 18 foot Mariah Talari and have enjoyed our first year with it and looking forward to the second.
