Hello to the Mariah Family!
 

Allow me to introduce myself..my name is Bob Bartlett, and I live in Marion,IL. I worked at Mariah from April '92 to May'01 in the gelcoat dept. Working for Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Rance was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Mr. Jimmy was to me a great man, a friend,and above all a BOATBUILDER! His visions took us from an ordinary boat company to one of the biggest names in the business.The fact that I had a role to play in the company is an immense source of pride for me,as it was for most of the people I worked with. Having said that, I'm thrilled that we finally have a site where we can discuss all things Mariah! I know that there are a few Mariah employees here,and I know that there are a LOT of Mariah owners here also...If I can be of help don't hesitate to ask. Any friend of Mariah is a friend of mine...I think that's the way Mr.Jimmy would have wanted it! Here to help any way I can, Gelcoat Bob.

Welcome aboard Gelcoat Bob! As Chris noted, all ex-Mariah employees are a great asset to have amongst us and from my point of view, it's good to hear you guys talking so highly of the Fulks and the Mariah product. :wink_thumbup:

Welcome and most of all, THANKYOU! You have contributed to myself and my family having many fun and memorable times in our Mariah, even though not directly. The pride and effort you and your coworkers put in have helped get Mariah boats where they are today. Will look forward to hearing more posts from you.
