Temp gauge removal.

Hello. anybody have some advice as to the best way to remove the temp gauge or any gauge for that matter.I currently have a 2005 sx21.:wink_thumbup:
My mechanic has traced back the issue to the temp. gauge being faulty. Thanks for any advice.

Usually it is simply a U-bracket bolted to the back of the gauge that holds it in the dash. remove the nut and bracket and pull the gauge out the front. The part I don't know is how to get to the back of the dash on your model boat. Maybe someone with your model will help out here.

I think the Sea Fox built boats allowed access thru the seat back cushion in the bow area like the original Mariahs did. Failing that you probably have to remove the kick panel under the drivers console and access it from below. Neither are fun.
