I have recently purchased a 2000 250 Shabah. I believe that I am the third owner. The seller listed it as a Z250. Is there anyway to positively identify the trim level? The graphics on the hull indicate that it is a “Limited Edition”. The boat is equipped with the tan upholstery rather than the normal white. From what I have read the “Z” was a performance option group. My boat is equipped with a 7.4 liter Mercruiser w/ a Bravo 1 drive. I suspect that my boat is. To a “Z” because it is not equipped with towel lockers, that are mentioned in Mariah product videos.

With the tan/buckskin interior it was very likely an "LE" edition assuming it has the solid color hull & gold color graphics. The "Z" level wasn't so much to do with 'performance' (ie a base level boat would go just as fast as the 'Z' boat) but more so with the convenience options it offered such as power hatch, power seat, defroster, windshield wipers etc. The 'LE' just added to those options.
