I have a 1996 Mariah with 5.7 mercruiser engine. I have had the boat out this year about 6 times since i winterized it. The problem i am having is it will occasionally be hard to start. The starter engages but takes a long time to start. I first thought plugs. So i replaces all the plugs , new gas and new fuel separator. Still same issue. My second issue is that at full throttle it will bog down and only runabout 3k RPM, then pick up and run closer to 4K RPM. I think the 2 issues are related...please help

Not yet...Do you have a location pic or how to instructions?

I have checked the fuel screen that’s behind the nut on the carburetor...it looks good
Any other suggestions?
