Questioning the value of our Mariah

We own a 2001 Z275 Mariah centre cabin. What is the best way to establish it's current market value? We are in Ontario Canada on Georgian Bay.

As am i. Find other similar sized boats with comparable features is about all you can do here because there are very few large Mariahs on Ontario.

I am in the process of buying a 2001 Z275 mid cabin with Open bow for $31,000 with 2010 Tri axle trailer. I found trying to judge a price in these times is impossible. This boat is nearly perfect from Gel coat to canvas. I’ve also wanted this model for 15 years and they are hard to find in good condition! So jumping on it so I don’t wait another 15 years!
