Brand new to the site. New boat owner Looking for any information on a replacement motor for my 94’ Z210 Talari. The boat already has a replacement motor from 02’ that was a quicksilver reman. Trying to figure out if I can throw any 350 in if I just switch the oil tank out so it has the baffles in it. Thanks in advance

Marine engines & car engines are not interchangeable unless of course you like changing out engines on a regular basis. Camshafts are different, valves and valve seat design is different, gaskets etc need to be made from corrosion resistant materials, marine ancillaries such the alternator, starter etc are designed to prevent sparking which could cause your boat to go 'boom' on start-up and a host of other issues.
